What is AITENDLY?

AITENDLY is an AI Agenda Advisor for event websites. It turns a large event program into a personalized agenda preview for each website visitor before registration. By default, it uses the visitor’s role and company to highlight the sessions, exhibitors, workshops, speakers, tracks, and other opportunities most relevant to them. Custom event widgets can ask additional questions relevant to the specific event.

How does AITENDLY work?

AITENDLY is added to the public event website. By default, the visitor provides their role and company. A custom event widget can also ask additional questions relevant to the specific event, audience, or program.

AITENDLY compares that context with the event’s existing program and identifies the opportunities most relevant to the visitor. Depending on the event, these recommendations may include conference sessions, workshops, educational tracks, exhibitors, booths, speakers, networking formats, and other program items.

The result is presented as a personalized agenda preview with short explanations of why particular recommendations matter to that visitor.

When is AITENDLY used?

AITENDLY is designed to work before registration, while the visitor is still deciding whether the event is worth their time and ticket price.

This makes AITENDLY different from tools that become useful only after someone has registered, created an attendee account, or downloaded an event application. AITENDLY adds personalization to the website stage where the attendance decision is still being made.

What does AITENDLY use as its source?

AITENDLY uses the organizer’s existing event program. It does not create or manage the official source agenda.

The available source data may include session titles and descriptions, speakers, tracks, dates, times, exhibitors, booth locations, workshops, and other event opportunities. AITENDLY uses this content to create a more relevant view of the event for each visitor.

What does AITENDLY not replace?

AITENDLY does not replace the event website, registration system, agenda management platform, ticketing system, or event app.

It adds a personalized discovery layer to the organizer’s existing event website and technology stack.
