AITENDLY works by asking a website visitor for their role and company, comparing that information with the event’s existing program, and creating a personalized agenda preview before registration. A custom event widget can ask additional questions relevant to the event. The preview highlights the sessions, exhibitors, workshops, speakers, tracks, and other opportunities most relevant to that visitor.

What happens when a visitor starts using AITENDLY?

AITENDLY is added to the public event website at a point where a potential attendee is evaluating whether the event is relevant.

By default, the visitor provides their role and company. These two inputs give AITENDLY the basic professional context used to personalize the event program.

A custom event widget can also ask additional questions relevant to the specific event, audience, or program.

How does AITENDLY match the visitor with the event program?

AITENDLY compares the visitor’s role and company, together with any additional answers collected by a custom event widget, with the content already available in the event program.

Depending on the event, that program may contain session titles and descriptions, speakers, tracks, workshops, dates, times, exhibitors, booth locations, themes, and other opportunities.

AITENDLY identifies connections between the information collected from the visitor and the available event content. It then prioritizes the opportunities that appear most relevant to that particular visitor.

What does the visitor receive?

The visitor receives a personalized agenda preview rather than another complete copy of the event program.

The preview may include relevant sessions, workshops, speakers, exhibitors, booths, educational tracks, and other event opportunities. When appropriate, AITENDLY also gives a short explanation of why a recommendation is relevant.

The result is intended to give the visitor a clearer starting point for understanding what their own experience at the event could contain.

When does this process happen?

AITENDLY is designed to work before registration, while the visitor is still deciding whether the event is worth their time, travel, attention, or ticket price.

This makes the personalized program useful during the attendance decision rather than only after the visitor has already registered or downloaded an event application.

What remains under the organizer’s control?

The organizer continues to create and manage the official event program using the existing agenda, event management, or content systems.

AITENDLY uses that existing program as the source for personalized recommendations. It does not replace the official agenda or become the system of record for the event schedule.
