AITENDLY uses the organizer’s existing event program as the source for personalized recommendations. It compares the available sessions, exhibitors, speakers, workshops, tracks, dates, times, locations, and other program information with the visitor’s role and company by default, together with any additional answers collected by a custom event widget.

Which parts of the event program can AITENDLY use?

The available source data depends on the event.

For a conference, the program may include session titles, descriptions, speakers, educational tracks, formats, dates, times, rooms, and intended audiences.

For a trade show or expo, the source data may also include exhibitors, company descriptions, product categories, booth locations, expo themes, and other exhibition information.

Events that combine conference and expo formats can use both types of content in the same personalized experience.

Does AITENDLY need the organizer to recreate the agenda?

No. AITENDLY is designed to use the program the organizer has already created.

The event content is prepared in a structured form so that different program items can be compared consistently with the visitor’s context.

The organizer does not need to write a second public agenda solely for AITENDLY, although incomplete, duplicated, or unclear source information may need to be cleaned before it can support reliable recommendations.

How does program quality affect recommendations?
