What does a visitor see when using the AITENDLY widget?
A visitor first sees a short event-specific form. By default, AITENDLY asks for role and company, while a custom event widget can ask additional questions relevant to the event. After submitting the form, the visitor receives a personalized agenda preview based on the organizer’s existing program.
What does the visitor see first?
The visitor sees the AITENDLY form or launcher in the display mode selected for the event.
This may be an inline form or a sticky-bottom launcher or card.
Which questions does the visitor answer?
By default, the visitor provides their role and company.
A custom event widget can ask additional questions relevant to the specific event, audience, or program.
What happens after the form is submitted?
AITENDLY compares the answers actually collected with the event content available to it and creates a personalized agenda preview.
The visitor does not need to search the complete agenda and exhibitor directory manually before seeing a relevant starting point.
What can the personalized preview contain?
Depending on the event, the preview may contain sessions, workshops, speakers, tracks, exhibitors, booths, themed groups of exhibitors, dates, times, locations, and short relevance explanations.
The exact content depends on the event program, available source data, visitor answers, and configuration.
Does receiving the preview register the visitor?
No. Receiving an AITENDLY result does not complete event registration.
The visitor can use the preview to evaluate the event and then decide whether to continue through the organizer’s registration process.
