Does every visitor receive the same recommendations?
No. AITENDLY is designed to create a relevant view of the event for each visitor based on the information actually collected from them and the event content available. Visitors with different roles, companies, or additional event-specific answers may receive different recommendations.
What can make recommendations different?
The default visitor inputs are role and company.
A custom event widget can also collect additional information relevant to the specific event.
Differences in these answers can change which sessions, exhibitors, workshops, speakers, tracks, or other opportunities appear most relevant.
Can different visitors receive some of the same recommendations?
Yes. Personalization does not mean that every result must be completely unique.
Visitors with similar roles, companies, or event-specific answers may receive overlapping recommendations.
A particularly relevant or broadly valuable program item may also appear in more than one personalized preview.
What happens when visitors provide the same information?
Visitors who provide the same or very similar information may receive similar recommendations when they are evaluated against the same event program.
AITENDLY does not need to create artificial differences between visitors when the available context points to the same relevant opportunities.
Can recommendations change when the event program changes?
Yes. Recommendations depend on the event content available to AITENDLY.
When sessions, descriptions, speakers, exhibitors, categories, dates, times, or other source information change, the relevant recommendations may also change after the AITENDLY data is updated.
